Our volunteer team is fundraising in support of Nuestros Pequeños Hermanos" (NPH), Casa Santa Ana in the Dominican Republic, home to about 200 children. Purposefully designed to resemble a small town, Casa Santa Ana is situated in the middle of two extremes; poor migrant sugar cane farmer settlements (bateys) and professional US baseball leagues. The backdrop of the bateys has enabled our family to truly serve the most vulnerable population, undocumented Haitian workers and their families who are smuggled through the border. Children living at Casa Santa Ana live in family style homes and are provided their basic needs, education, health care and spiritual formation, giving them the opportunity to develop their potential, shaping better futures for themselves, their families and their communities.
