The Power of Presence: An Exploratory Workshop

February 27 - 1:00 to 4:00
Collaboration Station, 4th floor, IW
201 King Street, London ON

Your purpose is within you, not something out there to find. Every moment you are fully present, you are in your purpose. Marianne Williamson

Increasingly, we are seeing that the true source of peace, wisdom and happiness lies within, not without. That is why many people are turning to practices such as yoga and meditation to bring more calm and relaxation to their busy, often stressful lives.

In this introductory workshop, we will explore what it means to be more "present" in daily living. What are the benefits, and what are some simple yet effective tools, techniques and resources. We will discover that the key to living a full and empowered life is simply living the life that is already here.

Bring a yoga mat, water bottle and a journal for personal reflection.
If you have any questions, please contact either Karen or Mary Beth.

Full refund will be provided if notification of cancellation is received by email or text up to 48 hours prior to the workshop.

We reserve the right to cancel the workshop in case of insufficient registrations or inclement weather. (Registration refunds will be provided)
