Offering wellness to the community

Wellness Works is a collective of volunteer facilitators whose common focus is to bring their passion for health and wellness on all levels – physical, mental and emotional – our community, London, Ontario.

Wellness Thursdays

Each Thursday at 8:30 a.m. at Innovation Works, we offer free yoga to the community.

Additional Thursday events include meditation, mindfulness, nutrition and other wellness-related workshops that focus on helping your thrive. In May you’re welcome to join us for a full-day of workshops to kick off Mental Health Week.

Alex works full time in clinical research and enjoys volunteering her time to support Innovation Works as chair of the Wellness Works program. She loves learning about the mind-body connection, and is a certified yoga instructor.
