Community Care and Continued Protocols at Innovation Works

March 16

As the recent provincial announcement states that masks are no longer mandatory starting March 21, 2022, we’d like to provide an update on what this means for us at Innovation Works, a place where community gathers. As previously stated, we will be reviewing our masking policies on a regular basis.  We have made a decision to continue to request masking and proof of vaccination for the time being in support of members who are immunocompromised and vulnerable. We believe this approach is consistent with the commitments we’ve made to growing a caring, supportive and inclusive community.

As our community adapts to easing public health measures, please be kind to each other and respect that your comfort levels with physical distancing, social gatherings, and masking may vary..

At Innovation Works, we centre community care above all.  We believe this is the right decision to keep everyone comfortable and safe at Innovation Works.

Please continue to:

  •     Wear a mask when moving around the space, and remain respectful of others.
  •     Make sure your COVID-19 vaccination status is up to date.
  •     Stay home if you have any symptoms of COVID-19 or feel sick.
  •     Be sure to sign in/out at the Welcome Desk.

As always, feel free to email us if you have any questions!
