Innovation Works is a bright, vibrant 32,000 sq ft home for social innovators working across sectors. We provide private offices, private desks and part-time desks (which we call Flex Desks...because they’re flexible) to people on a mission. All co-tenants have access to workspace + lounges, meeting rooms, mailboxes, wifi, equipment and—most importantly—exciting programming and a community of passionate change-makers.

Our co-tenants and partners include nonprofits, social enterprises, artists, activists and social entrepreneurs—and the service providers who support them. All co-tenants must submit an application. We want to know what you're working on and why Innovation Works is a fit for you! There are a number of ways to get involved:

Get Workspace

All co-tenants have access to a fully functioning work environment, including high-speed internet, meeting rooms, photocopy/printers, kitchen facilities, audio-visual equipment, mailboxes, a community intranet and much more. We sign one-year leases for private desks and offices and month to month leases for flex desks. Attend an info session or fill out an application by following the links back up there at the top.

Get Meeting & Event Space

We provide meeting and event spaces to people and organizations with a social mission. Our spaces are decked out with projectors and either whiteboards or flipcharts and some of them can even be reconfigured from yoga studio to classroom to party and back again.
